Diamond is a material of extreme mechanical hardness and high chemical stability thus making it the best abrasive. Nano diamond powder having these properties is widely used in various polishing compositions (pastes, gels and slurries) for obtaining especially smooth surfaces

The Polishing paste containing Nanomaterials can be used to reduce the roughness of a surface almost by a factor of ca 2nm and reach the value of 0.9 nm.

These polishers can be supplied in hydrophilic, hydrophobic and all-purpose forms.
